Fiona is great as usual. Good for releasing tension and correcting posture using different props. Should better treat this as education class rather than exercise class as it's better to learn the method and do it regularly for real results.

Fiona is the nicest instructor ever! She was very attentive and nice. The class was not fast paced but she made sure every move was done properly and tailored the class to our level. She spotted my super tight shoulders and stayed behind to teach me ways to relieve them. Definitely a must for those training for better posture and to be more toned. highly recommended.
